Living in a dry climate, in an area with no lakes or ponds, collecting rainwater and recovering used domestic water is the ideal way to have a environmentally friendly swimming pool as well as providing a haven for wildlife.

Apart from the natural swimming pool, we have a number of smaller ponds, with different uses: decorating the garden, growing watercress for salads, keeping the ducks and geese happy.
